I don't know if I can sum myself up this way, but...
I love my people, and my people are whoever I am around that I think needs my help/protection. I love my family and my best friend, and going to the zoo or the Ren Faire or a waterpark. I love animals. We have an outrageous number of cats and dogs at home (although I do confess to being closer to the cats). I want to leave the city and live in the country back east, where I have grand, if vaguely formed, plans to raise llama and sheep for fiber, and learn to weave. Hmm, I almost forgot the chickens.
About other interests...
I am fascinated by magical people of any kind. I love anime and manga and comic books. My favourite anime are Gundam Wing, Yu Yu Hakusho, Sailor Moon (Japanese version!), Rurouni Kenshin, Fruits Basket, and Inu Yasha. I like honourable people who try to do what is right. I like X-Men and any books about magical people (like Harry Potter, or Tamora Pierce books), and runes, and crocheting, and astrology, and languages (although I am not very good at them), and history, and while I quite despair at learning how to read music at my advanced age, I want to play my bowed psaltery and learn harp. If I were an animal, I'd be a mallard hen, and my favourite colours are yellow, green, and brown. Make of all that what you will.
